Up the mountain, down the mountain.

Ten individual training sessions of one and a half hours. With a minimum of once a week.

Standing, laying and sitting body movements in combination with breathing technique’s.

By our do’s and don’ts during these meetings we will work on.

-developing one’s inner and outer awareness, 

-seeing the extra options that arises from acceptance and 

-highlighting one’s natural connection between body and mind by having harmonious interaction between body and mind. 

A connection that will be influenced by improving one’s basics breathing techniques. 

By continuing this harmonious interaction in one’s daily these ongoing developments will prove their value in one’s daily life. 

A natural body improves a calm mind.

Movement makes one’s energy flow.
